Abstract

يتمحور مضمون هذه الأطروحة حول دراسة أساليب تنمية الموارد البشرية وأنماط المعرفة وإداراتها من جهة ومحاولة تشخيص العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة وتنمية الموارد البشرية من جهة أخرى،بغية تبيان كيف تساهم إدارة المعرفة في تنمية الموارد البشرية وتعزيز قدراتها الفكرية والعلمية والعملية. ونظرا للأهمية والدور الكبير التي تؤديه إدارة المعرفة في تنمية الموارد البشرية ،فإنه أصبح من الضروري على المنظمات والمؤسسات الجزائرية أن تواكب التطور الحاصل في أساليب تسيير الموارد البشرية وهذا بالاعتماد على أسلوب إدارة المعرفة في تمنية مواردها البشرية. ....................................................................................................................................................................... The content of this thesis revolves around the study of human resource development methods and knowledge patterns and their management on the one hand, and an attempt to diagnose the relationship between knowledge management and human resource development on the other hand, in order to show how knowledge management contributes to the development of human resources and the enhancement of their intellectual, scientific and practical capabilities. In view of the importance and the great role that knowledge management plays in the development of human resources, it has become necessary for Algerian organizations and institutions to keep pace with the development taking place in the methods of managing human resources, and this is based on the method of knowledge management in developing its human resources.
