Abstract

يهدف هذا المقال إلى الوقوف على أهم اتجاهات و مؤشرات سوق العمل في الجزائر ، التي تعد بمثابة أدوات لتلخيص حالة ذلك السوق و قاعدة أساسية يستند عليها عند وضع سياسات التشغيل في مختلف البرامج التنموية ، لا سيما ما تعلق منها بتقليص مستويات البطالة و ترقية الشغل و انعكاسات ذلك على المجتمع و موارده البشرية . This study focuses on trends and indicators of the labor market in Algeria , before defining effective policies relating to the Algerian labor market , it is important to collect, disseminate and assess information on this market,for monitor and evaluate the realities of the world of work at the time.
