تمثلات المواطنة لدى الشباب الجزائري

Abstract

تعتبر مسألة المواطنة من القضايا الأساسية التي تخضع للاهتمام الدائم و المتجدد، نتيجة للتغيرات الهامة و المتسارعة التي تشهدها حياتنا اليومية على جميع الأصعدة (السياسية، الاجتماعية، الاقتصادية و الثقافية)، وما تستدعيه هذه التغيرات من إعادة صياغة للمتطلبات المتعلقة بهذا المفهوم الاستراتيجي في العلوم الاجتماعية، مما أدى إلي إحداث تحولات هامة في طريقة فهم و تفسير العلاقة التي تنسج باستمرار اجتماعيا و فكريا و معرفيا بين طرفي معادلة المواطنة، حيث ساعدت هذه التحولات على ظهور نسق من الدلالات و المعاني التي تؤكد صلتنا بالواقع الملموس في تحديد مواقفنا و نمط تفاعلنا مع الأحداث. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتتناول موضوع "التمثلات الاجتماعية للمواطنة" لدى فئة الشباب، بمقاربة منهجية تعتمد على النظر إلى الكل من خلال الأجزاء المكونة له. حيث عمدت الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التمثلات الاجتماعية السائدة لدى الشباب الجزائري حول المفاهيم الأساسية المكونة للمواطنة: كالحقوق، الواجبات، الهوية و الانتماء، في إطار السياق المجتمعي الذي ظهرت فيه، من أجل الكشف عن التفكير الاجتماعي السائد حول مسألة المواطنة و الدور الذي يلعبه في توجيه السلوكات و تحديد العلاقات الاجتماعية في المجتمع الجزائري. ...................................................................................................................................................................... Citizenship remains among the concepts attracting constant and renewed attention as a result of the important and accelerating changes that our daily lives witness on all levels (political, social, economical and cultural), these changes call upon a reformulation of the requirements related to this strategical concept in social sciences, which have paved the way to important paradigm shifts in our conceptualization and interpretation of the epistemic, social and intellectual relations built between different parts of citizenship constituents and also have helped the emergence of a pattern of concepts and semantics that confirms our ontological binding and determining our positions and interaction patterns towards events. This research was performed to study "the social representations of citizenship" among youth, pursuing a methodological approach that rests on the examination of the whole throughout the examination of its constituent parts. The study has been set out to shed light upon the core concepts of the social representations of citizenship among Algerian youth such as duties; rights; identity and affiliation, within the framework in which it emerged in order to unveil the social thinking related to the issue of citizenship and to determine its role in the channeling of attitudes and the determination of social relations within the Algerian society.
