تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للأستاذ الجامعي في ضوء متطلبات نظام ل م د

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للأستاذ الجامعي في ضوء متطلبات نظام LMD، فقد تم تحليل محتوى هذا النظام ، و استخراج أهم العناصر الأساسية له و ترجمتها في مهام و سلوك الأستاذ الجامعي و المتمثلة في ( مهارات التخطيط - التنفيذ - التقويم - الإدارة الصفية - البحث العلمي)، و ذلك حسب تقديرات كل من عينة الطلبة ( 124 طالب) ممن كانوا أول دفعة تخرج لنظام LMD في كلية العلوم الاجتماعية و الإنسانية ، و عينة الأساتذة ( 87 أستاذ) يدرسون وفق نظام LMD . انطلقت الدراسة من فرضيات لمعرفة الفروقات في استجابات كل من الأساتذة و الطلبة حول وجود هذه الاحتياجات التدريبية ، و تم التوصل بعد المعالجات الإحصائية إلى أن هناك اتفاق بين العينتين حول وجود حاجات تدريبية في مجالات ( التخطيط - التنفيذ - التقويم) ، و اختلاف بينهما فيما يخص الإدارة الصفية و البحث العلمي . و قد تم اعتماد الحاجات التدريبية للأستاذ الجامعي وفق متطلبات نظام LMD و المشتركة بين الأساتذة و الطلبة ، و التي قدرت بـ 15 حاجة تدريبية في اقتراح تصور تدريبي للأستاذ الجامعي يلبي هذه الاحتياجات التدريبية في ضوء نظام LMD . .................................................................................................................................................. This study aims to determine the training needs of the university teacher in the light of the LMD system requirements, so in order to do that, we analyzed the content of this system, extracted it’s most important basic elements, and translated them in the teacher’s tasks and behavior representing (planning skills - implementation - evaluation - classroom management –and scientific research), and that according to estimates from a sample of students (124 students) who were the first graduating class of the LMD system in the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, and a sample of teachers (87 teachers) teaching at the LMD system. The study started from hypotheses to explore the differences in the responses of both teachers and students about the existence of these training needs, it was reached after the statistical treatment that there is an agreement between the two samples on the existence of training needs in the areas of (planning - implementation - evaluation) and disagreement between them in terms of classroom management and scientific research. According to these results the training needs of the university teacher were adopted in the light of the LMD system requirements. At the end we can conclude that these training needs are common to both teachers and students, which were estimated at 15 training needs in a training perception proposal of the university teacher in order to meet these training needs in the light of the LMD system.
