براديغم السياسة عند النساء المنتخبات في المجالس الشعبية الجزائرية. مقاربة جندرية

Abstract

يروم الباحث من مقاربة موضوع النساء المنتخبات، تحليل براديغم السياسة لديهن، والذي يوجه تصرفاتهن في الشأن السياسي. فالانتخابات التي تمثل مناسبة سياسية إنما تختزل أبعادا ثقافية واجتماعية يجري إعمالها عند الترشح والاقتراع، وهي تعبر عن الجهود التغييرية التي تقودها الدولة كما النخب المختلفة لأجل صياغة توافق يسمح بتوسيع دائرة المشاركة السياسية.

إن تطبيع المشاركة السياسية تقود إلى الاستفهام عن الكيفية التي تعبّر بها النساء المنتخبات عن نجاحهن في هذا المجال، لهذا سعى الباحث إلى تحليل بنية المخيال الاجتماعي النسوي من خلال ثلاثة مفهومات: الشخصية الجندرية، المعتقدات الجندرية، والضبط الاجتماعي الجندري. إن التشكل السوسيولوجي لبراديغم السياسة عند النساء المنتخبات، واقع في حلقة متصلة من العوامل المتداخلة كالتنشئة الاجتماعية والتمكين التعليمي والاقتصادي الذي يرفع من موارد النساء للانخراط في العمل السياسي. من هذا المنطلق تتنزل هذه الدراسة اعتمادا على المنهج الاستطلاعي لموضوعات: العائلة والتعليم، التجربة السياسية، المشروع الفردي والمشروع السياسي. .................................................................................................................................................. En abordant le sujet des femmes élues, le chercheur vise à analyser leur paradigme politique qui dirige leurs actions dans les affaires politiques. Les élections qui représentent une occasion politique, réduisent des dimensions culturelles et sociales qui sont mises en œuvre lors de l’élection et du vote, et reflètent les efforts déployés du changement qui est chapeauté par l'État ainsi que les diverses élites afin de formuler un consensus qui permet l'expansion de la participation politique.

La normalisation de la participation politique conduit à la question de savoir comment les femmes élues expriment leur succès dans ce domaine, pour cela le chercheur a cherché à analyser la structure de l'imaginaire social des femmes à travers trois concepts: la personnalité du genre, les croyances du genre, et le contrôle social du genre. La formation sociologique du paradigme dans la politique des femmes élues est dans un continuum de facteurs interdépendants tels que : la socialisation et l'autonomisation éducative et économique qui augmente les ressources de la femme pour s'engager dans l’action politique. De ce point de vue, cette étude repose sur la méthode exploratoire pour les sujets: famille et éducation, expérience politique, projet individuel et projet politique. .................................................................................................................................................. From approaching the subject of elected women, the researcher aims to analyze their political paradigm which directs their actions in political affairs. Elections that represent a political occasion reduce cultural and social dimensions that are being implemented when candidating oneself and voting, and they reflect the change-led efforts of the state as well as the various elites in order to formulate a consensus that allows the expansion of political participation.

The normalization of political participation leads to the question of how elected women express their success in this field, so the researcher sought to analyze the structure of women's social imagination through three concepts: gender personality, gender beliefs, and gender social control. The sociological formation of the paradigm in the politics of elected women is in a continuum of interrelated factors such as social upbringing and educational and economic empowerment that increases the resources of women to engage in political action. From this point of view, this study is based on the exploratory method to the subjects: family and education, political experiment, individual project and political project.
