Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التوافق النفسي وفعالية الذات لدى النساء المصابات بسرطان الثدي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 36امرأة مصابة، وقد تم استخدام "المنهج الوصفي"، وبتطبيق مقياس التوافق النفسي ومقياس فعالية الذات كانت النتائج كما يلي:

-وجود علاقة ارتباطيه موجبة و دالة إحصائيا بين التوافق النفسي وفعالية الذات لدى العينة.

- وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في التوافق النفسي وفعالية الذات حسب مدة المرض(الازمان)لدى عينة الدراسة.

- عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في التوافق النفسي وفعالية الذات حسب المستوى التعليمي لدى عينة الدراسة......................................................................................................................................L’étude vise à révéler la relation entre l’ajustement psychologique et l’auto-efficacité chez les femmes atteinte du cancer du sein, d’un échantillon de 36femmes atteintes du cancer du sein, en utilisant «la méthode descriptive » et à partir de l’application de l’échelle d l’ajustement psychologique et l’échelle d’auto efficacité, les résultats ont été pris comme suit:

- Présence d’une relation de corrélation positive et statiquement significative entre l’ajustement psychologique et l’auto efficacité

- Présence des différences statiquement significative entre l’ajustement psychologique et l’auto efficacité selon la durée de la maladie

- Absence des différences statiquement significative entre l’ajustement psychologique et l’auto efficacité selon le niveau didactique.................................................................................................................This study aims to investigate the relationship between Psychological adaptation and self-efficacy among breast cancer women. Its sample consisted of 36patients .two questionnaires are used: Psychological adaptation and self-efficacy questionnaires.

The results are:

- There are statistical significant correlation between the Psychological adaptation and self-efficacy among breast cancer women.

- There are statistical significant differences in Psychological adaptation and self-efficacy on the duration of illness among breast cancer women.

- There are statistical significant differences in Psychological adaptation and self-efficacy on the level of education among breast cancer women.
