نمط الشخصية (أ) ونمط الشخصية (ب) وعلاقتهما بالضغط المهني

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين نمط الشخصية (أ) ونمط الشخصية(ب) بالضغط المهني لدى عينة من العمال الجزائريين والمتمثلة في 60 موظفا من موظفي المديرية الجهوية للخزينة بسطيف، باستعمال مقياسين، الأول مقياس نمط الشخصية (أ) والنمط (ب) والثاني مقياس الضغط المهني، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي استعملنا في مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة، وتوصلنا من خلالها إلى النتائج التالية 1- موظفو المديرية الجهوية للخزينة بسطيف يغلب عليهم نمط الشخصية (أ). 2- موظفو المديرية الجهوية للخزينة بسطيف يعانون من ارتفاع الضغط المهني لديهم. 3- هناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة وقوية بين نمط الشخصية (أ) والضغط المهني لدى موظفي المديرية الجهوية للخزينة بسطيف. 4- هناك علاقة ضعيفة بين نمط الشخصية (ب) والضغط المهني لدى موظفو المديرية الجهوية للخزينة بسطيف. 5- لا يوجد تأثير للجنس على الضغط المهني لدى موظفي المديرية الجهوية للخزينة بسطيف ذوو نمط الشخصية(أ) و ذوو نمط الشخصية (ب). 6- يوجد تأثير للسن على الضغط المهني لدى موظفي المديرية الجهوية للخزينة بسطيف ذوو نمط الشخصية (أ) لا يوجد تأثير للسن على الضغط المهني لدى موظفي المديرية الجهوية للخزينة ذوو نمط الشخصية(ب)............................................................................................................................................... - The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between the personal type (a) and the type (b) based on a sample from among some 60 Algerien workers from the Regional Treasury Directorate of Setif, using two measures, the first measure is the personal type (a) and the type (b), the second measure is the occupational stress. We have adopted in this study that is based on the descriptive analytical method where we used a set of statistical methods to test hypotheses.Finally, we deduced through out this research the following results : 1- Most of employees of the R.T.D of Setif belong to to the personal type (A) . 2- Workers of the R.T.D of Setif suffer from the raise of the occupational stress. 3- There is a positive correlative and a strong relationship between the persona type (A) and the occupational stress for the staff of the R.T.D of Setif. 4- There is a weak relationship between the personal type(B) and the occupational stress for the staff of R.T.D. of setif. 5- There’s no effect of sex on the occupational stress for the staff of the R.T.D. of setif. 6- There’s an effect of age on the occupational stress for the staff of the R.T.D. of setif. 7- There’s no effect of age on the occupational stress for the staff of the R.T.D. of setif having the personal type(B).
