اتخاذ القرار وعلاقته بأساليب التفكير ومستوى الطموح لدى الموظفين بالمؤسسات العمومية

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع اتخاذ القرار وعلاقته بأساليب التفكير ومستوى الطموح لدى عينة من الموظفين بالمؤسسات العمومية. وقد اتبعت في ذلك المنهج الوصفي المقارن. وتم استخدام مقياس اتخاذ القرار ومقياس مستوى الطموح، من إعداد الباحثة. بالاضافة لقائمة أساليب التفكير لستيرنبرج، ترجمة الباحثة. وطبقت هذه الأدوات على عينة تكونت من 232 موظف بالمؤسسات العمومية بولاية سطيف. وقد توصلت إلى النتائج التالية: أساليب التفكير السائدة لدى الموظفين هي: المتحرر، هرمي، خارجي، محلي، مع اختلاف في الوظيفة حسب المستوى الإداري - أفراد عينة الدراسة لا يعتمدون على نظم دعم القرار. - توجد علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين متغيرات الدراسة الثلاث: اتخاذ القرار وأساليب التفكير مستوى الطموح . -المستوى الاداري، نوع المؤسسة،الجنس، السن،الخبرة،المستوى الدراسي( لا تؤثر مجتمعة في مستوى الطموح، ولا في اتخاذ القرار. - يؤثر تفاعل متغير، المستوى الإداري والخبرة والجنس في أساليب التفكير - يؤثر تفاعل متغيري الجنس والسن في اتخاذ القرار ويرجع هذا التفاعل إلى متغيرات عشوائية خارجية. - يمكن التنبؤ باتخاذ القرار من خلال مستوى الطموح وأسلوبي التفكير المتحرر والخارجي بنسبة %55.6 ...................................................................................................................................... The study title: Decision-taking and its relationship with both of thinking styles and aspiration level of a sample of general institutions employees. The study method: the researcher has used the Comparative descriptive method. The study of sample: the study has applied on (232) employee. The study tools: -questionnaire of Decision-taking - Questionnaire of aspiration level, prepared by the researcher - Sternberg questionnaire of thinking styles, translation by the researcher. The results: - The sample of the study is preferred thinking styles: liberal, hierarchical, external, Local. - The study sample do not use decision support systems in their institutions. - There is a positive correlation between the degrees of decision-taking and the degrees of aspiration level, thinking styles, -The independent variables do not affect together on aspiration level, and decision-taking. - The interaction of the Variables: administrative level, experience and gender, affect on thinking styles. - Decision-taking can be predicted according to aspiration level and liberal, external thinking styles. - The interaction of the gender, age variable affects on decision-taking, and This interaction is due to external random variables.
