السلوك القيادي لمفتشي التعليم المتوسط في الجزائر من وجهة نظر المفتشين وأعضاء هيئة التدريس -دراسة ميدانية بولاية سطيف -

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أنماط السلوك القيادي التي يمارسها المفتشون حاليا تجاه الأساتذة في مدارس التعليم المتوسط فيما إذا كانت ترتكز على العمل أو على العلاقات الإنسانية من وجهتي نظر الأساتذة والمفتشين في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط بولاية سطيف كما تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار صحة فرضيات الدراسة المتعلقة بالفروق بين المفتشين والأساتذة في تقييمهم لأنماط هذا السلوك. حيث كان عدد أفراد عينة الأساتذة 151و تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة؛ وتم مسح مجتمع المفتشين البالغ 19مفتشا. وكانت النتائج كما يلي: - وجود تركيز واضح لمفتشي التعليم المتوسط في إشرافهم على بعد العمل على حساب الاهتمام بجانب العلاقات الإنسانية. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.01بين استجابات المفتشين والأساتذة حول مدى ممارسة المفتش للسلوك القيادي في بعد العمل في المدارس المتوسطة بولاية سطيف. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.01بين استجابات المفتشين والأساتذة حول ممارسة المفتش للسلوك القيادي في بعد العلاقات الإنسانية في المدارس المتوسطة بولاية سطيف.........................................................................................................................................L’objectif de cette étude réside dans la détermination des styles comportementaux du leadership pratiqués par les inspecteurs envers les enseignants dans les établissements d’enseignement moyen et cela afin de voir de façon objective si ces derniers se basent sur le travail effectué ou sur les relations humaines selon le point de vue des enseignants et inspecteurs d’enseignement moyen dans la wilaya de Sétif. Aussi, cette étude a pour objectif de tester une série d’hypothèses relatives aux différences individuelles entre enseignants et inspecteurs dans leurs évaluations de ces deux comportements. L’échantillon de cette étude est de 151enseignants et 19inspecteurs. Les résultats se résument comme suit : Il existe une claire différence entre inspecteurs et enseignants ; envers le style comportemental du leader dans le secteur de l’enseignement moyen. Il existe une claire tendance des enseignants envers l’encadrement orienté vers les travailleurs ainsi que le développement des relations humaines entre eux tout en satisfaisant leur besoins et trouver des solutions à leur problèmes éducatifs et personnels. L’existence d’une claire concentration des inspecteurs de l’enseignement moyen envers le travail aux dépends des relations humaines.................................................................................................................................................................The objective of this study is the determination of the leadership styles behavior practiced by the inspectors toward the teachers in the schools and how to see it objectively whether they are based on the work done 'or on human relations from the point of view of teachers and inspectors of secondary education at Sétif district. In addition, this study aims to test a series of hypotheses related to individual differences between teachers and inspectors in their evaluations of these two behaviors. The sample for this study consisted of 170subjects between them 151teachers and 19inspectors the results of the study are summarized as follows: -There is a clear difference in the behavior al style of the leader in the field of secondary education between inspectors and teachers working under the orders of the latter. -There is a clear tendency of teachers to training oriented toward workers and the development of human relations between them while satisfying their needs and finding solutions to their educational and personal problems. -The existence of a clear concentration of the middle school inspector’s to work done at the expense of human relations.
