| dc.description.abstract | تساهم الطاقة النووية في مجالات الحياة المختلفة للإنسان المعاصر، بدءا من توليد الكهرباء ومرورا بالإنتاج الصناعي والزراعي والخدمات الطبية وغيرها، وعكس الاستخدامات العسكرية كرس القانون الدولي حق الاستخدام السلمي للطاقة النووية لجميع الدول، لكنه ليس حقا مطلقا فهو مقيد بالعديد من الالتزامات والشروط وذلك للوقاية من الخطر الناتج عن الاستخدام السلمي للطاقة النووية على البيئة والانسان، هذا الخطر يتجسد في التلوث الاشعاعي، ونظرا لخصوصية الضرر الإشعاعي فقد تطلب ذلك نظاما قانونيا خاصا للمسؤولية الدولية الناتجة عنه حيث تقوم بموجبه الدولة مصدر التلوث بإعادة الحال إلى ما كان عليه قبل حدوث التلوث إذا أمكن ذلك أو التعويض عن الضرر الإشعاعي الحاصل وفقا لآليات اتفاقية دولية ..............................................................................................................................................................................
