Abstract

استهدف هذا المقال تقصي موضوع المناخ التنظيمي والاغتراب الوظيفي بالشركة الإفريقية للزجاج بالطاهير محل الدراسة. واستند البحث على ثلاث فرضيات أساسية لمعرفة طبيعة العلاقة بين المناخ التنظيمي والاغتراب الوظيفي، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاستعانة ببعض تقنيات ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺍﻟﻤﻴﺩﺍﻨﻲ على رأسها الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية للدراسة، حيث تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية طبقية قدرت بـــــ 79مفردة مأخوذة من مجتمع أصلي بلغ أفراده 263 عامل، أي ما يعادل 30% من مجتمع ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ. حيث تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي (spss)، في حساب ﻣﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﻻرﺗﺒﺎط الخطي لبيرسون (Pearson) وذلك من أجل قياس التغير الذي يطرأ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﺘﻐﻴﺮ اﻟﺘﺎﺑﻊ، عندما ﺗﺘﻐﻴﺮ قيم اﻟﻤﺘﻐﻴﺮ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﻞ، وذلك لمعرفة العلاقات التي تربط بين فرضيات الدراسة. حيث توصلت إلى وجود علاقة طردية إيجابية بين المتغيرين (0.310). //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////Cet article visait à étudier le sujet du climat organisationnel et de l'expatriation fonctionnelle de la société African Glass dans le domaine de la littérature. La recherche était basée sur trois hypothèses de base pour déterminer la nature de la relation entre le climat organisationnel et l'expatrié fonctionnel. Pour y parvenir, certaines techniques de recherche sur le terrain ont été utilisées, principalement le questionnaire comme outil principal de l'étude. Le questionnaire a été distribué à un échantillon aléatoire de 79 personnes appartenant à une communauté de 263 travailleurs, soit 30% de la population étudiée. Le programme statistique (SPSS) a été utilisé pour calculer le coefficient de corrélation linéaire de Pearson afin de mesurer la variation de la variable dépendante lorsque les valeurs de la variable indépendante changent pour voir les relations entre les hypothèses de l'étude. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 79 individuals from a community of 263 workers Equivalent to 30% of the study population. The statistical program (spss) was used to calculate Pearson's linear correlation coefficient to measure the change in the dependent variable when the values of the independent variable change to see the relationships between the hypotheses of the study, where they found a positive relationship between the two variables (0.310).
