تاثير الديناميكية الإجتماعية و التنظيمية على المقاولاتية الشبابية في الجزائر -دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المقاولين الشباب بولاية بجاية-

Abstract

تعالج هذه الدراسة ظاهرة تأثير الديناميكية الاجتماعية والتنظيمية على المقاولاتية الشبابية في الجزائر، وهي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المقاولين الشباب بولاية بجاية الذين استفادوا من دعم أجهزة المرافقة، حيث انطلقنا من تصور نظري ومنهجي كون التطورات العمومية وبروز المقاولات الشبابية مرتبط حتما بالديناميات الاجتماعية والتنظيمية التي تطرأ على النسق الاجتماعي في اتجاهها التطوري في إطار التوازن الدينامي، وهذا وفق تفسير سببي، هادفين إلى معرفة طبيعة التأثير بين متغيرات الدراسة، وتتبع صيرورة المقاولة في مختلف مراحلها، على هذا الأساس اشتملت خطة البحث على جانبين جانب نظري يتضمن أربعة فصول، وجانب ميداني يتضمن على ثلاثة فصول، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة اعتمدنا على عينة قصدية التي قدرت بــ 180 مبحوث ومنهج وصفي تحليلي، من خلال تطبيق الاستمارة كأداة أساسية بعدما تأكدنا من صدق وثبات بنودها، ومعالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS استنادا على مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية؛ وبالتالي توصلنا إلى عدة نتائج أهمها، أن النسق العائلي يساهم في دفع الشباب نحو أخذ مبادرة إنشاء المقاولة، وهناك ارتباط طردي بين ديناميكية الحاجات الاستهلاكية للأفراد وتنويع الابتكارات التي يقدمها المقاولون الشباب في الأسواق المحلية، وفي ذات السياق يساهم الدعم التنظيمي الذي تقدمه أجهزة الدعم والمرافقة في تنظيم المقاولة الشبابية، كما تساهم ديناميكية الإجراءات القانونية في تطوير المقاولاتية الشبابية.//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////This study deals with the phenomenon of the impact of the social and organizational dynamics on youth entrepreneurship in Algeria. It’s a field research on a sample of young entrepreneurs in Bejaia who have already been supported by accompaniment systems. We started from a theoretical and methodological perception that public developments and the emergence of youth enterprises are inevitably linked to the social and organizational dynamics that occur on the social order in its evolutionary direction within the framework of dynamic balance, and this is according to a causal interpretation, aiming to know the nature of the influence between the variables of the study, and to follow the process of the enterprise in its various stages. On this basis, the research plan included two aspects, a theoretical aspect that includes four chapters, and a field side that includes three chapters. To examine the research hypotheses, a questionnaire was conducted as a main data collection tool, it was given to a sample population of 180 respondents. An analytic descriptive methodology was adapted and data was processed using SPSS program and certain statistical tools. we reached several results, the most important of which is that the family pattern contributes to pushing young people towards taking the initiative to establish a business, and there is a positive correlation between the dynamism of the consumption needs of individuals and the diversification of innovations. In the same context, the regulatory support provided by the support and accompanying agencies contributes to organizing the youth enterprise; The dynamism of legal procedures also contributes to the development of youth entrepreneurship.
