البحث الدلالي في كتاب تخريج الفروع على الأصول عند الشريف التلمساني-دراسة في ضوء الدرس اللساني الحديث

Abstract

حاولنا في هذا البحث بيان جهود أحد علماء أصول الفقه الإسلامي وتفرّده في معالجة مسائل الدلالة، ومناقشة المنهج الّذي اتّبعه في بناء الأسس الفكرية والمنطقية، فكانت المهمّة الرّئيسة لهذا البحث تتعلّق بعملية الكشف عن التصوّر الكلّي للبحث الدلالي عند هذا العالم الّذي برز في القرن الثامن الهجري، بما توافر لديه من معرفة أهّلته لأن يكون فارس المعقول والمنقول كما نوّه بذلك المؤرخ ابن خلدون، ليأتي هذا العمل ويقف وقفة خاصة على أحد علماء المالكية في المغرب العربي في علم تخريج الفروع على الأصول، والّذي قد كان من أوائل من كتبوا فيه وبرعوا في مسائله، وهو العالم الجليل الشريف التلمساني ( 710-771هـ). إنّ عرض بنية التفكير الدلالي عند الشريف التلمساني تمكّننا من استخلاص المنهج الّذي اعتمده في بحثه الدلالي، فكان تعقبنا لقضايا الدلالة طريقا توسّلنا به لمناقشة منهجه في ضوء الدرس اللساني الحديث، خاصة وأنّ لعلم الدلالة اهتماما بالغا في عصرنا، فحاولنا الاستفادة من أصولنا التراثية الدلالية الّتي كانت جمعا بين أنواع من التفكير والمناهج كأصول الفقه والفقه واللغة والمنطق. ............................................................................................................................................................................... This research attempts demonstrating one of the Islamic jurisprudence scientists’ efforts and his individuality in dealing with semantic questions. It also discusses his method in constructing the intellectual and logical basis. So, the research’s main task is to reveal the semantic research total conceive of this scientist, who was prominent throughout the eighth century Hijri, since he knew about its cressons to be the knight of the reasonable and the transmitted, as it’s indicated by Ibn Khaldun. Therefore, this work addresses one of the Malikian scientists, in the Arab Maghreb, in the science of graduating the branches on the origins. This scientist was one of those who wrote and skilfully found solutions to the issues of this science. He is Esharif Ettelemceni (710-771 Hijri). His semantic thinking structure enables us extracting the method he adopted in his semantic research. So, tracking the semantic issues is our way through which we’ve arrived to discuss his method, in the light of the modern linguistic lesson, especially when knowing that the semantics is a major concern in our age. We’ve attempted benefiting from our semantic heritage origins, which combined several methods and ways of thinking such as the jurisprudence origins and the jurisprudence, language and logic.
