لغة العلوم الإقتصادية و التجارية دراسة وظيفية في كتاب القانون التجاري الجزائري

Abstract

لكلّ مجال من مجالات التَّخصص لغة مُتَخَصِّصَة، يتواصل بها أهلُها فيما بينهم؛ بهدف نقل المعلومات والمفاهيم، من هذه اللغات؛ لغة الاقتصاد والتّجارة. هذه اللغة قوامُها المصطلح الاقتصادي والتجاري. حاولنا في هذه الدراسة إبراز واقع هذا النوع من المصطلحات في العالم العربي، من خلال جهود المجامع اللغوية، ومراكز البحث، وأهم الإشكالات التي برزت عبر المستويات اللغوية. وحتى نكون عَمَلِيِّين، عَمِدْنا إلى إجراء دراسة وظيفية في كتاب القانون التجاري الجزائري، كونه موجَّها إلى فئة، أو شريحة اجتماعية تتسم بالحَرَكية واللُّيونة، لِنقف على مدى التزام المشرع الجزائري بما توصلت إليه جهود العلماء، والمتخصصين في مجال المصطلح الاقتصادي والتجاري، وتتبع مظاهر استخدامه في لغة التجارة والاقتصاد./////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////Each area of specialization has a specialized language Which is used by its people to communicate With each other in order to transfer information and concepts. The language of economics and commercial is among such languages. In this study, we have tried to highlight the reality of this type of terminology in the Arab world, through the efforts of linguistic groups, research centers, and the most important problems that have emerged across different linguistic levels. In order to be practical, we proceeded to conduct a functional study which was based on the Algerian commercial law book, as it is directed to a class, or a social segment characterized by mobility and flexibility, and thus, to determine the extent of the Algerian legislator’s commitment to the findings of scholars and specialists in the field of economics and commercial terminology, and to trace the manifestations of its use in this area of specialization.
