واقع إستخدام العلاقات العامة الالكترونية لدى الإدارة العمومية في الجزائر /دراسة ميدانية تحليلية للصفحة الرسمية لبلدية سطيف عبر موقع الفيسبوك

Abstract

تسعى الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع استخدام العلاقات العامة الإلكترونية لدى الإدارة العمومية في الجزائر من خلال النظر إلى أهمية العلاقات العامة للمؤسسة خاصة من خلال شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وما تقدمه من امكانيات التفاعل والمشاركة مع الجمهور، وذلك انطلاقا من إجراء دراسة تحليلية ميدانية للصفحة الرسمية لموقع الفيسبوك ببلدية سطيف، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج المسحي، واختير تحليل المحتوى الإلكتروني كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات ومعالجتها، كما تم الاعتماد أيضا على أداة المقابلة وذلك بهدف معرفة استراتيجية بلدية سطيف في استخدام موقع الفيسبوك في مجال العلاقات العامة. أما عن النتائج فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة عامة مفادها أن بلدية سطيف تستخدم صفحة الفيسبوك في نشر إعلاناتها وذلك بنسبة 70.55%. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// This ground work study aims at identifying the use of the public electronic relations in the public administration sector of Algeria. The study checks the importance the public relations for institutions especially through using social media networks which enable posting and therefore engaging with the public. In this study, which analyses the facebook page of Setif’s Municipality, the researcher followed the survey approach and used electronic content analysis as a tool for data collection and analysis. The researcher also exploited the interviewing tool as he aimed at understanding the strategy of Setif Municipality in using facebook in the field of public relations. The findings of the study reveal that the facebook page of Setif’s Municipality is used in posting announcements for about 70.55 percent.
