أثر السياسة اللغوية في ممارسة اللغة العربية جهود المجلس الأعلى للغة العربية في الجزائر - أنموذجا

Abstract

لقد أضحت اللّغة عنصرا مُؤثّرًا في قوالب البنى الإجتماعية والسّياسيّة للشعوب، لذلك أولت المجتمعات المعاصرة تنمية اللّغة، وتخطيط السّياسة عناية بالغة لذا تناولت هذه الدّراسة السّياسة اللّغوية من حيث كونها مجموع الخيارات التي تتخدها السّلطة تجاه اللغة من خلال هيئة ثقافيّة هي المجلس الأعلى للّغة العربية بالتّركيز على قضايا هامّة أبرزها: سؤال التعدّد اللّغوي، ومسألة التعريب، ودور المجلس الأعلى للغة العربيّة في التقليص من حدّة المشكل اللغوي من خلال الوقوف على مجهوداته بالوصف والتحليل. وقد تمّ تسجيل بعض النتائج أهمّها: • إنّ المؤسّسة السياسيّة تحظى بأهميّة كبيرة في ترتيب المشهد اللّغوي. • إنّ اضطراب المواقف السّياسيّة في الجزائر أثّر سلبًا على تعميم استعمال اللّغة العربيّة. ..................................................................................................................................................

The language has became main element in social and Political model of people. This is why modern societies gave a great care to develope the language and to plan the politic. This study focused on the language policy as it’s considered a grap of choices taken by the goverment towards the language throw a cultural organism wich is this High Council of Arabic Language focusing on the main aspect like : the question of multilanguage , Issue of translation into Arabic, The role of the high Council of Arabic language to decrease the great eage of the language problem by describing and analysing its efforts. We noticed same results : The politic foundation has great importance in organizing the language scence. The conflict politic bearings influenced in negative way on the generalization of the use of Arabic language.
