    دور تركيا الإقليمي في ظل التنافسي الروسي-الأمريكي بشرق المتوسط 2011-2025

    تتناول الأطروحة استراتيجية تركيا كقوة إقليمية صاعدة في شرق المتوسط، والدور الذي تلعبه في ظل التحديات الأمنية والاقتصادية والسياسية التي تواجهها منذ عام 2011. هذه التحديات ساهمت في تصاعد التنافس بين القوى الإقليمية والدولية، مثل روسيا والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية. تعتمد الأطروحة على تحليل سياسات هذه الدول في المنطقة وكيفية تفاعلها مع تركيا وتأثير ذلك على مواقفها. تركز الأطروحة أيضا على كيفية تحقيق تركيا التوازن بين مصالحها الخاصة وحفاظها على تحالفات مرنة مع روسيا والولايات المتحدة، مع استغلال علاقاتها مع الطرفين لتعزيز مكانتها في القضايا الإقليمية الهامة، مثل الأزمة السورية والصراع الليبي والنزاع حول الغاز في البحر المتوسط. وأخيرا، تستشرف هذه الدراسة دور تركيا في شرق المتوسط في المستقبل، بناءً على المتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية الراهنة، من خلال توقع ثلاثة سيناريوهات رئيسية لهذا الدور على المدى القريب والمتوسط. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The thesis critically examines Turkey’s strategic positioning as a rising regional power in the Eastern Mediterranean, focusing on its role within the context of the multifaceted security, economic, and political challenges it has faced since 2011. These challenges have intensified the competition among major regional and global powers, notably Russia and the United States. The study offers a comprehensive analysis of the policies of these key actors in the region, the nature of their interactions with Turkey, and the consequential impact of these dynamics on Turkey’s geopolitical stance. Furthermore, it explores Turkey’s nuanced approach to balancing its national interests while maintaining pragmatic and flexible alliances with both Russia and the United States. By strategically leveraging its relations with both powers, Turkey has effectively positioned itself as a central player in pivotal regional issues such as the Syrian conflict, the Libyan civil war, and the contentious dispute over energy resources in the Eastern Mediterranean. It also endeavors to forecast Turkey's evolving role in the Eastern Mediterranean, taking into account the prevailing regional and international shifts. It anticipates three potential scenarios that could shape Turkey’s future trajectory in the region in both the short and medium term.
