    واقع التكريس التشريعي والقضائي لقوانين البوليس والأمن في القانون الدولي الخاص المغربي

    تتناول المقالة قوانين البوليس والأمن- قوانين النظام العام الاجتماعي و الاقتصادي -التي تكون واجبة التطبيق على الروابط القانونية التي تدخل في نطاق سريانها، في منازعات القانون الدولي الخاص، أيا كانت طبيعتها وطنية أم دولية، وهي ترمي بذلك إلى تحقيق الحماية اللازمة للنظام القانوني للمجتمع القاضي ،حيث أن هذه الاعتبارات تقتضي تطبيق هذه القواعد مباشرة دون أن يسبقه أي بحث في طبيعة المسألة أو المنازعة على خلاف ماهو معمول به عند إعمال منهج قاعدة الإسناد. This article deals with police and security regulations -laws of social and econmic public order- that are necessary applicable to legal relations, that fall within the scope of their application in the disputes of private international law, whatever their nature national or international, and it aims to achieve the necessary protection for the legal system of judge community, whereas ,these considerations require the application of these rules direcly; without preceding them by any research on the nature of the matter or dispute ,contrary to what is used in the enforcement of the attribution rules.
