    يعتبر صدور القانون 15-12 من 15 يوليو 2015 بشأن حماية الطفل خطوة رائعة إلى الأمام لمكافحة العنف ضد الأطفال. وهو الإطار القانوني للحماية الخاصة مهما كان الوضع القانوني للطفل. حيث ظهررت هذه الحماية في دستور عام 2016، ولا سيما في المادتين 69 و72. فإن هذا القانون يضمن الحماية الإجتماعية والقانونية والقضائية للطفل. ويهدف إلى وضع إطار قانوني شامل يجمع بين الحماية الاجتماعية والحماية القانونية لكلتا المجموعتين من الأطفال، وهي فئات الأطفال المعرضين للخطر والأطفال الجانحين. ................................................................................................................................................. L’adoption de la loi 15-12du 15juillet 2015relative à la protection de l’enfant est une avancée remarquable et remarquée dans la lutte contre les violences faites aux enfants. Elle constitue un cadre juridique de protection particulière quel que soit la situation légale de l’enfant. La protection de cette frange de société n’est plus qu’importante, elle apparait clairement dans la constitution 2016, notamment en articles 69et 72. Cependant, cette loi assure une protection sociale, juridique et judiciaire à l'enfant. Elle vise à établir un cadre juridique global associant protection sociale et protection judiciaire en faveur de deux catégories d'enfants, à savoir les enfants en danger et les enfants délinquants. ................................................................................................................................................... The adoption of Law 15-12of 15July 2015on the protection of children is a remarkable and remarkable step forward in the fight against violence against children. It constitutes a legal framework of special protection whatever the legal situation of the child. The protection of this fringe of society is no more than important, it appears in the 2016constitution, in particular in articles 69and 72. However, this law provides social, legal and judicial protection for the child. It aims to establish a comprehensive legal framework combining social protection and judicial protection for two categories of children, namely children at risk and delinquent children.
