| dc.description.abstract | لقد أدى انهيار أسعار النفط منذ منتصف سنة 2014إلى تراجع كبير في إيرادات الدول المعتمدة عليه في تحقيق مداخيلها ومن بينها الجزائر. إن البحث عن الفروع ذات الكفاءة الإنتاجية القادرة على تقديم منتجات موجّهة للتصدير أصبح أكثر من ضرورة لتقليل الارتباط بالمحروقات وتنويع الاقتصاد. أكدت الدراسة أن هناك منتجات عديدة ذات دينامكية تصديرية تنتمي بالأساس إلى الصناعات الغذائية والكيميائية والمعدنية والكهربائية، وهي الأكثر كفاءة إنتاجية. يتمثل دعم الدولة في استهداف الفروع والمنتجات المهمة بتشجيع الاستثمارات نحوها ودعمها تكنولوجيا وبرأس المال البشري المؤهل لتكتسب مزايا تنافسية في الأسواق الدولية. ................................................................................................................................................... La chute des prix du pétrole depuis mi-2014a conduit à une baisse des revenus des pays dépendant du pétrole dont l’Algérie. La recherche de branches pertinentes capables de fournir des produits dynamiques à l'exportation est devenue plus qu'une nécessité, et ce pour réduire la dépendance vis-à-vis des hydrocarbures et pour diversifier l'économie. L'étude a confirmé qu'il existe des produits dynamiques appartenant principalement à des branches des industries alimentaire, chimique, métallurgique et électrique. Le soutien de l'Etat consiste à cibler ces branches par les investissements et par l'appui technologique et en capital humain qualifié, ce qui permettra d'acquérir des avantages concurrentiels sur les marchés internationaux ................................................................................................................................................... The fall in oil prices since mid-2014has led to a significant decline in the revenues of oil-dependent countries, including Algeria. The search for relevant industries able to provide dynamic export products has become more than a necessity, to reduce dependence on hydrocarbons and diversify the economy. The study confirmed that there are many dynamic products mainly belonging to branches of the food, chemical, metallurgical and electrical industries. State support consists of targeting these branches through investment and technological support and skilled human capital, which will enable them to acquire competitive advantages in international markets. | en_US |
