| dc.description.abstract | لم يحظ موضوع الجهد العاطفي بالأهمية الكبيرة في الحقل التربوي، خاصة في الإدارة التربوية الجزائرية والعربية بشكل عام،بسبب تركيز هذه الأخيرة على العمليات المعرفية والعقلية اللازمة لتحقيق الأهداف والغايات التربوية التي تبدو أكثر أهمية من أي موضوع آخر، غير أن تزايد الاهتمام في السنوات الأخيرة بموضوع الانفعالات والعواطف في الحقل التربوي بصورة عامة، وبالجهد العاطفي على وجه الخصوص، يجعل من الاهتمام بهذا الموضوع أمرا لا مفر منه. ولذا، فإن هذا المقال يهدف أوّلا إلى إلقاء الضوء على هذا المفهوم في مجالاته الأصلية حيث نشأ وتوسع، ومن ثم التركيز عليه في الميدان التربوي والإدارة التربوية بشكل خاص.......................................................................................................................................Le thème du travail émotionnel n'a pas reçu beaucoup d'attention dans le domaine de l'éducation, en particulier dans l'administration éducative, en raison de la concentration de cette dernière sur les processus cognitifs nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs éducatifs qui semblent plus importants que tout autre sujet. Mais une attention croissante au cours des dernières années, au sujet des émotions, dans le domaine de l'éducation, et travail émotionnel, a fait naitre un intérêt inévitable pour ce sujet. Et dans ce contexte, cet article éclaire la question de ce concept au sein de ses champs d'origine, puis l'aborde avec concentration dans son domaine éducatif, l'administration de l'éducation en particulier....................................................................................................................................................The emotional labor demanded in the educational field has not received much attention, especially in the Algerian educational administration. The focus was put on the cognitive processes necessary to achieve the educational goals, but increasing attention in recent years on the subject of emotions, in general, in the field of education, and the emotional labor, in particular, makes of interest inevitable.
