| dc.description.abstract | إن تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية هو هاجس كل الدول والجزائر على غرار هذه الدول فهي تسعى إلى النهوض باقتصادها الوطني، ومن بين السبل لذلك هو الاستثمار الذي يعد محرك مهم لعجلة التنمية الاقتصادية، ولهذا تسعى للنهوض باقتصادها الوطني منذ الاستقلال وإلى يومنا هذا وكان أهم وسيلة لدفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية هي الاستثمار وخاصة إذا كان وطني محلي، و عليه عمدت الدولة الجزائرية إلى حث الشباب وأصحاب المشاريع على الاستثمار وخاصة إذا ما ارتبط بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة باعتبار هذه الأخيرة حققت تحولات اقتصادية عالمية لأنها تشجع الاستثمار في القطاع الخاص والذي يبرز دور الأفراد في تسيير المشاريع الفردية وتطويرها، للولوج بها إلى الأسواق العالمية. هذا من شأنه الانعكاس إيجابيا على اقتصاد الدولة. ويبقى قطاع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من القطاعات التي توسع من دائرة الاستثمار والذي يحقق التنمية المحلية المستدامة و التوازن الاقتصادي. بالتالي فإن التطرق لهذا الموضوع يجمع بين أمرين مهمين في الحياة الاقتصادية وهما الاستثمار والمؤسسات، والتوفيق بينهما ينمي الاقتصاد الوطني.
