| dc.description.abstract | تشكل سياسات دول الاتحاد الأوروبي التي بدأت تعتمدها تجاه منطقة المغرب العربي بعد نهاية الحرب الباردة، بداية مرحلة جديدة من إدارة العلاقات الدولية، حيث تسعى دول الاتحاد الأوروبي إلى تأكيد وجودها على الصعيد العالمي -اقتصاديا وسياسيا-، وبخاصة في ظل تزايد روابط الاعتماد المتبادل بين الاقتصاديات الوطنية والإقليمية، وكذلك في ظل تسييس العلاقات الاقتصادية الدولية بدرجة كبيرة، أخذت دول الاتحاد الأوروبي تبحث لنفسها في المنطقة المغاربية ومن خلال أدوات سياسية واقتصادية وأمنية عن ارتباطات لتدعيم النفوذ أو لتحقيق مكاسب سياسية تهدف منخلالهاإلى تفعيل مركزها الدولي الصاعد.......................................................................................................................................................Apres la fin de la guerre froide, Les politiques des pays de l'Union Européenne adoptées envers la région du Maghreb Arabe, constituent une nouvelle phase de la gestion des relations internationales. L'Union Européenne cherche à confirmer sa présence au sein du Maghreb, par l’amplification des échanges tant sur le plan économique que sur le plan politique, en l’occurrence dans la stratégie de la croissance des liens d’interdépendance entre l’économie nationale et régionale. La mise en œuvre de cette politique vise à obtenir des acquis politiques qui pourraient activer leur stature internationale..................................................................................................The European union countries policies towards the Maghreb region took another dimension after the cold war in regulating international relations where they attempted to confirm their position internationally ,politically and economically mainly with the increase of mutual exchange between national and regional economies and the politicization of economic relations. The European Union countries are seeking new linkages to maintain their influence and to gain more political profits, through political, economic and security means to boost their internationally promoting role. | en_US |
