Abstract
تعتبر هذه الأطروحة محاولة لدراسة التحديات الأمنية في منطقة شمال إفريقيا وتأثير هذه التحديات الأمنية على الأمن القومي الجزائري، وذلك خلال تحديد الأطر المفاهيمية والنظرية العامة للأمن والأمن القومي في ظل التحولات الفكرية والنظرية، ومن ثم تحديد التصورات الأساسية حول الأمن القومي الجزائري، وكذلك تحديد العلاقة الجيوسياسية بين الجزائر ومنطقة شمال إفريقيا من خلال ابراز الأهمية الجيوسياسية لمنطقة شمال إفريقيا ومكانة الجزائر ضمن التوازنات الاستراتيجية في المنطقة.
بعد ذلك تم التطرق لتأثير التحديات الأمنية في منطقة شمال إفريقيا بمختلف أنواعها وأشكالها، وتنوع مصادرها داخليا وخارجيا على الأمن القومي الجزائري، مع التركيز على دور أحداث الربيع العربي في تكثيف نشاط هذه التحديات الأمنية، وفي الأخير تم التطرق لاستراتيجية الجزائر الأمنية في مواجهة هذه التحديات من خلال الاعتماد على تطوير القدرات الوطنية الذاتية، وكذلك الاعتماد على السبل التعاونية الدبلوماسية الثنائية والجماعية في المنطقة، مع الحديث على رهانات وفرص الأمن القومي الجزائري في الوقت الحاضر.

This thesis is considered an attempt to study the security challenges in the North African region and the impact of these security challenges on Algerian national security, by defining the general conceptual and theoretical frameworks for security and national security in light of theoretical transformations, and then defining the basic perceptions about Algerian national security, as well as defining the geopolitical relationship. Between Algeria and the North African region by highlighting the geopolitical importance of the North African region and Algeria’s position within Strategic balances in the region.
After that, the impact of the various types and forms of security challenges in the North African region and the diversity of their internal and external sources on Algerian national security was discussed, with a focus on the role of the Arab’s Spring events in intensifying the activity of these security challenges. Finally, Algeria’s security strategy in confronting these challenges was discussed. By relying on the development of national capabilities, as well as relying on bilateral and collective diplomatic cooperative methods in the region, while talking about the stakes and opportunities of Algerian national security at the present time
