| dc.description.abstract | هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معالجة أحد أهم المواضيع الملحة في ميدان العلاقات الدولية والمتعلقة أساسا بموضوع السياسة الخارجية التركية تجاه ايران منذ2011 وذلك بهدف تبيان التحديات التي يشهدها محيطهما الإقليمي، كما هدفت الى التعرف على مضامين الجديدة للسياسة الخارجية التركية كما تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على منهج دراسة الحالة كمنهج رئيسي للإجابة على إشكالية مفادها على أي أساس مبنية السياسة الخارجية التركية تجاه ايران منذ 2011 من خلال التطرق الى مفهوم السياسة الخارجية وتبيان مضامين السياسة الخارجية التركية وتوجهاتها الإقليمية و لأخص تجاه ايران ومحاولة استشرف مسقبل العلاقة بينهما توصلت الدراسة الى أن سعي تركيا بمقوماتها السياسية والاقتصادية والجيواستراتيجية بلوغها دور إقليمي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط لكن طموحات السياسة الخارجية الإيرانية هي الأخرى تحاول فرض وجودها ومنطقها في ذات المنطقة الأمر الذي أدى الى توتر العلاقة بين البلدين ومحاولة كل منها اثبات وجودها، لكن سرعان ما تصادمت المصالح بين الطرفين. بالرغم من التقلبات التي يشهدها البلدين لكن لم تمنع السياسة الخارجية التركية أن تخلق مجال مشترك بين البلدين عن طريق تشجيع التبادل التجاري والاستثمارات المشتركة في المجال الاقتصادي من جهة والتعاون في المجال السياسي من أجل حل القضايا الإقليمية ومكافحة الإرهاب من جهة أخرى ويبقى مستقبل السياسة الخارجية التركية مرهون بطبيعة التحولات الإقليمية التي تحدث في المنطقة هي من تحدد طبيعتها مستقبلا. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// This study aimed to address one of the most pressing topics in the field of international relations, mainly related to the issue of Turkish foreign policy towards Iran since 2011, with the aim of clarifying the challenges that their regional environment is witnessing. It also aimed to identify the new implications of Turkish foreign policy. This study was also based on a study methodology. The case as a main approach to answering the problem of on what basis Turkish foreign policy towards Iran has been based since 2011 by addressing the concept of foreign policy, clarifying the contents of Turkish foreign policy and its regional orientations, especially towards Iran, and trying to anticipate the future of the relationship between them. The study concluded that Turkey, with its political, economic, and geostrategic components, is seeking to achieve a regional role in the Middle East, but Iranian foreign policy ambitions are also trying to impose its presence and logic in the same region, which has led to tension in the relationship between the two countries, and each of them is trying to prove its presence, but interests soon clashed. between two sides. Despite the fluctuations witnessed by the two countries, this did not prevent Turkish foreign policy from creating a common space between the two countries by encouraging trade exchange and joint investments in the economic field on the one hand and cooperation in the political field in order to solve regional issues and combat terrorism on the other hand. The future of Turkish foreign policy remains dependent on the nature of the regional transformations taking place in the region, which will determine its nature in the future. | |
