Abstract
أدى تطور الانترنت وظهور تقنيات الويب .2"web.2" إلى إحداث تأثيرات معتبرة على أداء العلاقات العامة في المؤسسات الجمعوية، خاصة تقنيات الإعلام الاجتماعي مثل الفايسبوك واليوتيوب والتويتر وغيرها، مما أدى إلى ظهورما يسمىبالتطوع الإلكترونيالذي يتمتع بنجاعته على تحقيق الانسجام بين أفراد المجتمع والدولة، وقدرته على تحفيز النقاشات والحوارات البناءة، وتبادل الخبرات والتعاون المتبادل في مواقع المعرفة الإلكترونية، إضافة إلى التحفيز على التفكير الإبداعي وبأنماط وطرق مختلفة
