| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: تعتبر الأسرة الجزائرية أكثر هذه المؤسسات احتضانا لمشكلة العنف ضد المرأة، ويظهر ذلك بشكل أكثر وضوح فيها مقارنة ببقية المؤسسات الأخرى، وهي غالبا ما تتعرض إليه من طرف زوجها، على الرغم من أنها طرف مهم في تكوينها لهذه الأسرة، والمسؤول عن رعاية شؤون أفرادها بدء بالزوج فالأبناء ... إلخ شأنها في ذلك شأن الزوج. ولعل هذا ما طرح أمامنا مجموعة من التساؤلات التي أثارت اهتمامنا، والتي تتطلب منا إجابة وافية يتضح من خلالها واقع المرأة المتعرضة لسلوك العنف من طرف الرجل، ومن جملة هذه التساؤلات ما يلي: - ما هي أشكال العنف الأكثر ممارسة ضد المرأة في الأسرة الجزائرية؟ - ما هي الأسباب الحقيقية المؤدية بالزوج لممارسة العنف ضد المرأة في الأسرة الجزائرية؟ - ما هي الآثار المترتبة عن ممارسة الزوج للعنف ضد المرأة في الأسرة الجزائرية؟ Abstract: The Algerian family is one of the most incubating institutions for the problem of violence against women, and this is more pronounced in comparison with other institutions, and it is often exposed to it by her husband, although it is an important party in the formation of this family, and is responsible for the care of its members, starting with the husband Children, etc., like the husband.
