| dc.description.abstract | لإشاعة السياسية هي إحدى الأساليب الأساسية للحرب النفسية والمستعملة من طرف رجال السياسة نظرا لما لها من قدرة على التحكم في السلوك الإنساني من جهة، ومن جهة ثانية قوتها في التأثير على الجزء المستهدف من الإنسان وهو العقل، وهي صيغة منظمة لنشر وترويج أخبار ومعلومات سواء كانت صحيحة أو كاذبة. هدفها الحصول على نتائج تتوافق و الأهداف المرسومة لها، وتشارك في تحديد معالمها وسائل الإعلام المختلفة، هذه الأخيرة التي تساهم في تشكيل عقول الجماهير وتوجيهها وتحميل الأفراد على تحديد مواقفهم من أطراف القضايا السياسية أو الصراعات المختلفة .......................................................................................................
