| dc.description.abstract | في العقود الأخيرة أصبحت الهجرة غير الشرعية ظاهرة عالمية لها انعكاسات وآثار اقتصادية وأمنية واجتماعية، وأصبح التكفل بالعدد الهائل من المهاجريين غير الشرعيين من الدول المغاربية وشمال وشرق إفريقيا يشكل تحديًا كبيرًا يؤرق الدول المستقبلة لهؤولاء المهاجرين وعلى رأسها دول أوروبا التي تعتبر المستقبل الأول للمهاجرين. وبذلك تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على إشكالية الهجرة غير الشرعية في الفضاء أورومغاربي، مسبباتها والعوامل المتحكمة فيها، وكذا أهم الاستراتيجيات والحلول المقترحة من قبل حكومات الاتحاد الأوروبي، وكذا الحكومات المحلية للدول المغاربية لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة والحد منها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الهجرة، الهجرة غير الشرعية، الفضاء الأورومغاربي. In recent decades, illegal immigration has become a global phenomenon with economic, security and social implications. The large number of illegal migrants from the Maghreb, North and East Africa is a major challenge to the receiving countries of these immigrants, first and foremost the European countries. The purpose of this paper is to highlight the problem of illegal immigration in space, its causes and factors, as well as the most important strategies and solutions proposed by the governments of the European Union, as well as the local governments of the Maghreb countries to combat and reduce this phenomenon. | en_US |
