| dc.description.abstract | يهدف هذا البحث على الإشارة إلى أن النظرة الميكانيكية المتمثلة في التبادل الخطي بين السبب ( الضوضاء) و النتيجة (انخفاض الإنتاج) لم تعد قائمة بصفة مطلقة. تشير النتائج إلى أن تقدير الذات و الذي هو سمة شخصية يمكنه أن يكيف العلاقة بين الضوضاء و الإنتاج. وبالتالي، فإن الكيفية التي يتكيف من خلالها الفرد مع موقف الضوضاء تكون متأثرة إلى حد بعيد باتجاهه نحو تقدير ذاته. The aim of this research is to show that the traditional way of thinking of cause and effect in the linear terms of noise (s) to production (r) is no longer supported. The results showed that self-esteem which is a personality trait could moderate the relationship between noise and production. Therefore, the manner in which a worker-place is largely influenced by his self-esteem. | en_US |
