| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات آلية جديدة دائمة، أستحدثها المشرع الجزائري بموجب القانون العضوي 19 – 07 ، بهدف ضمان شفافية ونزاهة العملية الانتخابية عبر كافة مراحلها بدءًا من مراجعة القوائم الانتخابية إلى غاية إعلان النتائج ولقد خص المشرع الجزائري السلطة المستقلة بسلطات واسعة وغير محدودة تشمل الإشراف والتنظيم والرقابة على العملية الانتخابية ومدى مطابقتها للأحكام القانونية. Independent National authority is a New permanent mechanism created by organic Law 19 –7, to ensure Transparency and integrity of all electoral processes. The Algerian legislator has distinguished in the organic Law independent national authority from broad prerogatives consisting of Supervising and organizing and controlling the electoral process and ensuring its compliance with the Legislative provision. | en_US |
