Item البطالة في الجزائر: بين الأسباب وطرق المعالجة" "unemployment In Algeria: Between Causes And Remedies"(Université Mohamed Lamine Debaghine -Setif2, 2024) توفيق بوخدوني . شريفة العيدتعتبر ظاهرة البطالة من الظواهر الأكثر انتشارا في معظم بلدان العالم، وذلك باعتبارها أصبحت من الأسس التي يقوم عليها الاستقرار الاجتماعي لأفرادها، فانعدام وجود مناصب شغل دائمة ومستقرة وثابتة بالنسبة لها يجعل أغلب أفرادها أكثر عرضة وقابلية لمختلف المشاكل النفسية والاجتماعية في المجتمع. إذ حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التعرف على أهم الأسباب والعوامل بروز هذه الظاهرة في المجتمع الجزائري و التي أصبحت هاجس كل فرد بطال، والتي أرهقت كاهل الدولة من أجل إيجاد الحلول وسبل وطرق معالجتها، لأنها من الظواهر السلبية التي يترتب عليها الكثير من المشكلات الاجتماعية التي تحدث في داخل المجتمع. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The phenomenon of unemployment is considered one of the most prevalent phenomena in most countries around the world, as it has become one of the foundations upon which the social stability of its individuals relies. The lack of permanent, stable, and steady job positions makes most of its individuals more susceptible to various psychological and social problems within society. Through this study, we attempted to identify the most important reasons and factors leading to the emergence of this phenomenon in Algerian society, which has become a concern for every unemployed individual. It has burdened the state in finding solutions and ways to address them, as it is one of the negative phenomena that lead to many social problems occurring within society.
