    سلوك المواطنة في المجتمع الجزائري بين آليات التنشئة الثقافية وقواعد اللغة السياسية

    يشكل المجتمع الجزائري المعاصر فضاء تفاعليا ضبابيا، يعكس حاليا حركية مستمرة نشطة، مستترة في بعض من جوانبه معقدة في كامل أبعادها، متداخلة أنساقها و تأثيرها،...تمخضها، من الممكن جدا أن يطرح مولودا جزائريا، متبلور الملامح، محدد الخصائص، ذا هوية راسخة وعصرية، تجمع بين الماضي و الحاضر،...هذا كله، في ظل سياق تحولات محلية/عربية: تاريخية واقتصادية و سياسية و فكرية و ثقافية وتحولات دولية: اقتصادية و سياسية واستراتيجية...و عليه، تأتي أهمية المقال الحالي في إبراز و معالجة نقطتين نراهما ضرورتين هما: علاقة التنشئة الاجتماعية و الثقافية بسلك المواطنة كقيمة حضارية وسلوكية جديدة مرتبطة بالنظام الليبيرالي تحديدا. وعلاقة ثقافة المواطنة – أي ما يجب أن يكون- بدولة الديمقراطية في المجتمع الجزائري المعاصر- كواقع معيش- Today’s Algerian expresses a space built arowdamibigiousinteractions and a lasting active movement. A movementwith, sometimes,hidden sides, complex in all its dimensions andcross-facing systems and effects. This society may give birth to a new born, with a clear face, definite characteristics and a modern identity which gather past and present in one sole entity. This is to be achieved within a local international context of historic, economic, cultural and political transformations Our paper aims to develop the two following important issues: First: The relation between the social and cultural of socialization and citizenship’s behaviour. Second: The relation existing between the culture of citizenship’s and the state of democracy in the modern Algerian society.
