    تعاون الصوفي والفقيه، مطلب الوحدة الإسلامية وعبد الرحمن طه نموذجا

    تعد مسألة "وحدة المسلمين" قضية حساسة في الحيز الحضاري الإسلامي، وبقدر أهميتها بقدر ما توجد مجموعة عوائق تحول دونها، ويأتي هذا المقال ليسلط الضوء على أحد تلك العوائق، وهو علاقة الفقيه بالصوفي، علاقة يمكن القول بأنها عادت للواجهة منذ أن أعيد للتصوف شيء من زخمه الاجتماعي والفكري مطلع القرن الحالي برعاية سياسية بالمقام الأول، وقد حاولنا الكشف من خلال هذا العمل عن المسوغات التي تجعل من الضروري إعادة تقييم تلك العلاقة وذلك بتقديم عرض عن المسؤوليات التي ينبغي أن يطّلع بها كل فريق كخطوات يقطعها باتجاه "الاتفاق" أو "الوحدة" المنشودة إسلاميا، وقد وجدنا في الحالة التي يمثلها الفيلسوف المغربي عبد الرحمن طه نموذجا يجتمع فيه الاثنان (الصوفي والفقيه). كلمات المفتاحية: الوحدة الإسلامية، الفقه، التصوف، الطرق الصوفية، عبد الرحمن طه //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The issue of "Muslims unity" is considered a sensitive matter in the Islamic civilization sphere, and as important as it is, there are numerous obstacles hindering it. This article sheds light on one of these obstacles, which is the relationship between the Faqih (Islamic jurist) and the Sufi. It could be said that this relationship has re-emerged to the forefront since Sufism has regained some of its social and intellectual momentum at the beginning of the current century, primarily through political and intellectual sponsorship. Through this work, we attempt to uncover the justifications that necessitate reevaluating this relationship by presenting an overview of the responsibilities that each team should assume as steps towards the desired Islamic "agreement" or "unity." We found that the Moroccan philosopher Abdul Rahman Taha represents a model where both the (Sufi and Faqih) roles converge.
