| dc.description.abstract | تتمحور فكرة الدراسة حول ظاهرة أساسية في حياة المدينة الجزائرية وهي الجمالية الحضرية التي دائما ما تكون حاضرة بالخطابات السياسية وعلى أعلى المستويات، وكذلك ضمن الخرجات الميدانية للمصالح المسئولة التي تطالب في كل مرة بالحفاظ على جماليات المدينة من خلال المحافظة على الهوية الخاصة بها وأهم العناصر المكونة لها، لكن الحقيقة أنها لا تتعدى جمل ومفردات مناسبتية مع بعض التحسينات الحضرية التي لا تتعدى تهيئة شارع أو إعادة تبليط رصيف، بعيدة كل البعد عن فحوى أساسيات الجمالية الحضرية التي تعتمد على كل مكونات المدينة المادية واللامادية ضمن المخططات الحضرية الأساسية، وهذا ما يغيب عن المهتمين بالتخطيط الحضري والذي يعتبر أهم آلية لتنفيذ الأفكار التخطيطية والجمالية، لكن هذا الأخير في الغالب ما يتم بناءه وتنفيذه بما يعرف بسياسة الترقيع (Bricolage) فلا يمكنه تحقيق أي من أهدافه ...................................................................................................................................................................... This study focuses on the urban aesthetic, a fundamental phenomenon in the Algerian city that is always present in political speeches at the highest levels, as well within the concerned departments which continually calls for preserving the aesthetics of the city through keeping its identity and its most important components. In fact, it does not exceed occasion phrases and terms with some urban embellishments that do not go beyond repairing a street or re-paving a sidewalk, departing from the principle content of the urban aesthetic which depends on the physical and intangible components of the city in the basic urban plans. This is what remains absent in urban planning. It is regarded as the most important mechanism for implementing planning and aesthetic ideas; however, the latter is often built and realised with what is known as the patchwork policy (Bricolage) and cannot achieve any of its goals. | en_US |
