Abstract
لم تعد مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مجرد أدوات للاتصال والتواصل، بل تحولت إلى فضاءات تؤدي العديد من الوظائف في البناء الاجتماعي، ويعتبر موقع فايسبوك من أكثر المواقع استخداما من طرف جميع فئات المجتمع، حيث أصبح مصدرا أساسيا للحصول على الأخبار والمعلومات لشريحة واسعة من الجمهور، في المقابل نجد أنه أصبح بيئة رقمية خصبة لانتشار الشائعات التي تهدد استقرار وتوازن المجتمع وتترك آثار متعددة عليه.
و هدفت دراستنا هذه للتعرف على الإشاعة الإلكترونية وآثارها على مستخدمي الفايسبوك بالمجتمع الجزائري، من خلال التعرف على مختلف الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي تخلفها الإشاعة على المجتمع الجزائري من وجهة نظر مستخدمي موقع الفايسبوك من الشباب.
وقد تناولت دراستنا ثلاث فصول نظرية، الفصل الأول تطرقنا فيه إلى مفهوم الإشاعة الإلكترونية ونشأتها، أما الفصل الثاني فقد تناولنا فيه الإشاعة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والفصل الثالث تمحور حول موقع الفايسبوك وتنامي الإشاعة الإلكترونية، وقد تمت معالجة هذا الموضوع باستخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال أداة استمارة الاستبانة التي وجهت إلى مجموعة من مستخدمي موقع فايسوك من الشباب الجزائري وتم الاعتماد على العينة العشوائية، أما تحديد حجم العينة فكان عن طريق ما هو متاح من مجتمع البحث أي العينة المتاحة، من خلال الأفراد اللذين وصلت إليهم أداة جمع البيانات عبر موقع الفايسبوك واللذين تجاوبوا مع الأداة والبحث خلال فترة إجراء الدراسة الميدانية، ومع استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية في معالجة البيانات المتحصل عليها، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإشاعة الإلكترونية في موقع فايسبوك لها أثار نفسية واجتماعية واقتصادية على الشباب بالمجتمع الجزائري.

Social media are no longer merely tools for communication and interaction, They have transformed into spaces that perform numerous functions in social construction, Facebook is one of the most widely used sites by all segments of society, becoming a primary source of news and information for a broad segment of the public, Conversely, it has become a fertile digital environment for the spread of rumors that threaten the stability and balance of society and leave multiple repercussions.
This study sought to identify electronic rumors and their effects on Facebook users in Algerian society, This study explored the various psychological, social, and economic effects of rumors on Algerian society from the perspective of young Facebook users, Our study comprises three theoretical chapters, The first chapter addresses the concept of electronic rumor and its origins. The second chapter addresses rumors on social media, and the third chapter focuses on Facebook and its relationship to the spread of electronic rumors. This topic was addressed using a descriptive approach, using a questionnaire directed to a group of young Algerian Facebook users, A random sample was used, The sample size was determined based on the available sample from the research community, i.e., the available sample, through individuals reached by the data collection tool via Facebook and who responded to the tool and research during the field study period, Using statistical methods to process the obtained data, the study concluded that electronic rumors on Facebook have psychological, social, and economic effects on young people in Algerian society.
