| dc.description.abstract | عنوان الدراسة فاعلية برنامج في الإرشاد التربوي في استثارة دافعية الانجاز لدى تلاميذ السنة النهائية من التعليم الثانوي يعانون من تدني الدافعية في التحصيل الدراسي أهداف الدراسة : تمثلت أهداف الدراسة الحالية في الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: ما هي الاحتياجات الإرشادية للتلاميذ المتعلقة بمهارات الدافع للانجاز و التحصيل الدراسي ما هو البرنامج الإرشادي المناسب في المهارات الدراسية لتحسين دافعية الانجاز والتحصيل الدراسي لدى التلاميذ. منهج الدراسة : استعانت الباحثة بالمنهج الوصفي لمعرفة أهم الحاجات الإرشادية الخاصة بالبرنامج الإرشادي المهارات الدراسية لرفع دافعية الانجاز و التحصيل الدراسي مجتمع الدراسة : مجتمع الدراسة من مستشاري التوجيه للإرشاد المدرسي و المهني لولاية سطيف عينة الدراسة : تكونت عينة الدراسة من (55) مستشار في الإرشاد المدرس و المهني من أصل 139 ) مستشار في الإرشاد المدرسي و المهني لولاية سطيف تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. أدوات الدراسة : استعانت الباحثة بالأدوات التالية : استمارة الحاجات الإرشادية للمهارات الدراسية البرنامج الإرشادي المعرفي السلوكي القائم على الحاجات. نتائج الدراسة : كشفت نتائج الدراسة الاستطلاعية عن وجود حاجات إرشادية مرغوبة لدى عينة الدراسة لتحقيق معدل مرتفع من دافعية الانجاز ومستوى عالي من التحصيل الدراسي والتي من خلالها كانت جلسات البرنامج الإرشادي في المهارات الدراسية ، الموجه الى تلاميذ المرحلة الثانوية. .............................................................................................................................................................. Title of the study The effectiveness of a program in educational guidance in raising the motivation for achievement among students in the final year of secondary education suffer from low motivation in academic achievement Objectives of the study: The objectives of the present study were to answer the following questions: - What are the instructional needs of pupils related to motivation for achievement and academic achievement? - What is the appropriate guidance program in the study skills to improve students achievement motivation and academic achievement. Study Methodology: The researcher used the descriptive approach to identify the most important extension needs of the educational program. The study skills to raise the motivation for achievement and academic achievement Study Society: The study community is one of the guidance counselors for the vocational and vocational guidance for the state of Setif Study Sample The sample of the study consisted of (55) counselors in educational and vocational guidance out of (139) counselors in the school and vocational guidance for the State of Setif randomly selected Study Tools: The researcher used the following tools: Educational Skills Requirements Form Cognitive-based cognitive-behavioral counseling program. Results of the study: The results of the exploratory study revealed the existence of guidance needs arranged according to the desired degree of intensity in the sample of the study to achieve a high rate of motivation achievement and a high level of academic achievement During which the orientation program sessions in the school skills were directed to secondary students. | en_US |
