Abstract
نظرا للتقدم والتطور في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على مستوى العالم، تشهد المجتمعات اليوم انتقالات وتحولات مست جميع مجالات الحياة الاجتماعية، الثقافية، الاقتصادية، السياسية، ما جعل الشعوب في تفاعل واحتكاك وتداخل مستمر، فالحاجة المتزايدة إلى التغيير قد تتسبب في تشكل معالم اجتماعية وثقافية جديدة داخل المجتمع.
تسلّط هذه الدراسة الضوء على تأثير التقنيات الحديثة على المجتمع الجزائري، مركزة على بنية الجماعة الافتراضية وتأثيرها على التحول الثقافي والاجتماعي، تستكشف الدراسة الأزمات المرتبطة بتلك التحولات وتحليل دور التواصل الافتراضي في هذه العملية، ومن خلال تتبع التغيرات في السلوك والقيم الاجتماعية والثقافية، تقدم الدراسة نظرة شاملة على التحولات التي يشهدها المجتمع الجزائري وتأثيرها على هويته وثقافته الاجتماعية.
كما تهدف الدراسة الى مناقشة مفهوم بنية الجماعة الافتراضية ومحاولة تقديم أهم الإشكالات المرتبطة بمسألة التحول السوسيوثقافي في المجتمع الجزائري، وتحليل دور بنية الجماعة الافتراضية في إحداث أزمة انتقال وتغيير الثقافة والقيم الاجتماعية للفرد، ودراسة أثر التواصل الافتراضي على التكامل الاجتماعي والتحولات الاجتماعية، ومختلف الممارسات الاجتماعية والثقافية لمجتمعنا خاصة على مستوى السلوك والقيم الاجتماعية والثقافية، ما نتج عنها انقلابات وتغيرات في المكانات والأدوار والوظائف الاجتماعية وإختلال في التكامل الاجتماعي داخل المجتمع الواحــد، وهو مايتضح مــن خلال السلوكيات والقيم والعادات والتقاليد التي رسمت وشكلت هوية وثقافة دخيلة على المجتمع الجزائري.

Due to the advancement and development in information and communication technology worldwide, societies today are witnessing transitions and transformations affecting all aspects of social, cultural, economic, and political life. This has led to increased interaction and continuous interplay among peoples, with the growing need for change potentially shaping new social and cultural features within societies.
This study focuses on the impact of modern technologies on Algerian society, particularly on virtual community structures and their influence on cultural and social transformation. It explores crises associated with these transformations and analyzes the role of virtual communication in this process. By tracking changes in social and cultural behavior and values, the study provides a comprehensive view of the transformations occurring within Algerian society and their impact on its social identity and culture.
The study aims to discuss the concept of virtual community structure and attempt to present the main challenges associated with socio-cultural transformation in Algerian society. It analyzes the role of virtual community structures in generating crises of cultural and social transition for individuals, studying the impact of virtual communication on social integration and social transformations, and various social and cultural practices of our society, especially in terms of behavior, social values, and culture. This has resulted in upheavals and changes in roles, functions, and social positions, as well as disturbances in social integration within the same society, evident through behaviors, values, habits, and traditions that have shaped a foreign identity and culture within Algerian society.
