| dc.description.abstract | نتناول في هذه الدراسة القواعد المتعلقة بتصدير النفايات الخاصة الخطرة، وذلك بتسليط الضوء على هذا هذا النوع النفايات وكذا مختلف الضوابط التي تحكم مسألة تصديرها. محاولين قراءة وتحليل النصوص القانونية الواردة ضمنها تلك الضوابط وبالأخص المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 19- 10. توصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أن النفايات الخاصة الخطرة النفايات هي نفايات ضارة بكل مكونات البيئة، وذلك بفعل مكوناتها وخاصية المواد السامة التي تحتويها. أما بخصوص ضوابط تصديرها فقد تجسدت أساسا في ضرورة الحصول على رخصة تصدير النفايات الخاصة الخطرة، والتي تبت فيها لجنة تصدير النفايات الخاصة الخطرة. والذي يتبع بإصدار الرخصة ومراقبتها وسحبها. In this study we address the rules related to the export of hazardous special waste. This is by highlighting this type of waste and on the other hand the various controls that govern the issue of its export. Attempting to read and analyze legal texts containing these controls, especially Executive Decree No. 19-10. We have found through this study that hazardous special waste is a waste harmful to all components of the environment, due to its components and the property of toxic substances that contain it. As for export controls, they are mainly embodied in the need to obtain a license to export hazardous private waste, which is decided by the Committee for the Export of Hazardous Special Waste. This results in the issuance, monitoring and cancellation of the license. | en_US |
