| dc.description.abstract | تمحورت الدراسة الحالية حول مسألة الخصوبة وعلاقتها بالصحة الإنجابية للأمهات ، وعلى إثر ما سبق واستنادا إلى الكم المعرفي التراكمي وإلى المعطيات التي وظفتها الباحثة في الجانب النظري وذلك أنها تعمقت في عرض أهم المداخل التي عالجت مسألة الخصوبة وعلاقتها بالصحة الإنجابية ، كما تطرقت إلى محتويات ومكونات كلا من المتغير المستقل والتابع بمؤشراتهما المختلفة (المستوى التعليمي، الوعي الصحي، المستوى الاقتصادي والاجتماعي للمبحوثات وأيضا مستوى الرعاية الصحية المقدمة لهن وذلك لما لها من تأثيرات سلبية على الحالة الصحية للأمهات ، إضافة إلى ارتفاع الأمراض المزمنة وزيادة مضاعفات الحمل الخطيرة والولادة المتعسرة نتيجة بعد اماكن الولادة وأيضا نقص الرعاية الصحية المقدمة خاصة في القطاع العام مما يتسبب في ارتفاع وفيات الامهات والأطفال حديثي الولادة. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// The current study focused on the issue of fertility and its relationship to maternal reproductive health. Based on the above and based on the cumulative amount of knowledge and the data that the researcher employed in the theoretical aspect, she delved into presenting the most important approaches that addressed the issue of fertility and its relationship to reproductive health. She also addressed the contents and components of both the independent and dependent variables with their various indicators (educational level, health awareness, economic and social level of the respondents, and also the level of health care provided to them, due to their negative effects on the health status of mothers, in addition to the increase in chronic diseases and the increase in serious pregnancy complications and difficult childbirth due to the distance of birth places and also the lack of health care provided, especially in the public sector, which causes an increase in maternal and newborn mortality. | |
