| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم واقع جودة التعليم الجامعي في الجزائر، واستكشاف متطلبات تطويره في ضوء فلسفة الإصلاح التي تبنتها وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، لا سيما في ظل مختلف التحولات العميقة التي يشهدها العالم المعاصر وانعكاسها على البيئة الجزائرية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كإطار منهجي مناسب لطبيعة الموضوعـ وتم بناء أداتين رئيسيتين للدراسة: - المقياس الأول: خاص بجودة التعليم الجامعي ويتكون من (54) فقرة موزعة على سبعة (07) محاور. - المقياس الثاني: خاص بفلسفة الإصلاح ويضم (37) فقرة موزعة على أربعة (04) محاور. وقد تم التحقق من صدق المحتوى لأداتي الدراسة من خلال عرضهما على مجموعة من الخبراء والمحكمين من داخل وخارج الجزائر قبل الشروع في التطبيق الميداني، وتم تطبيق الأداتين على عينة قصدية بلغت (382) أستاذا وأستاذة من مختلف الجامعات الجزائرية، نظرا لطبيعة الموضوع وخصوصية، ولتحليل البيانات والإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة واختبار فرضياتها تم إستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) إلى جانب برنامج تحليل بنية العزوم (AMOS) في إختبار النموذج البنائي المفترض للعلاقة بين المتغيرات، وقد كشفت نتائج الدراسة على أن متوسط درجات موافقة أعضاء هيئة التدريس على مقياسي الدراسة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين تقديرات أفراد العينة تعزى إلى متغيرات (الجنس، الخبرة والتخصص)، وفي ضوء النتائج المتوصل إليها اقترحت الباحثة تصورا متكاملا لتقييم جودة التعليم الجامعي في الجزائر في ضوء التوجهات الإصلاحية الراهنة، بما يسهم في الإرتقاء بمستوى التعليم الجامعي وتحقيق فعاليته في ظل المتغيرات الوطنية والدولية. //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// This study aims to assess the reality of the quality of university education in Algeria, and explore the requirements for its development in the light of the reform philosophy adopted by the Ministry of higher Education and scientific Research, This comes in response to the profound transformations occurring in the contemporary world and their implications on the Algerian context, To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was employed as an appropriate methodological framework for the nature of the topic, two main tools were constructed: - The first scale: specific to the quality of university education, consisting of (54 ) items distributed across seven (07) dimensions. - The second scale: specific to the philosophy of reform and includes (37) items distributed across four (04) dimensions. The content validity of the two instruments was verified by presenting them to a panel of experts and outside Algeria before field implementation. The instruments were then applied to an purposive sample of (382) teachers from various Algerian universities, given the nature and specificity of the topic, Data were analyzed and research questions and hypotheses were tested using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) in conjunction with the Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) software to test the hypothesized model of the relationship between the variables. the findings revealed that the average levels of agreement among faculty members on both study scales were moderate. statistically significant differences were also found in participants’ responses based on (gender, experience and specialization), Based on these findings the researcher proposed an integrated framework for evaluating the quality of university education in Algeria in light of the current reform direction in a way that contributes to enhancing the effectiveness and overall level of higher education in response to national and global transformations. | |
