| dc.description.abstract | عالجت هذه الأطروحة مسألة أثر التطور المتسارع للتكنولوجيا على حقوق الإنسان بصفة عامة والحق في الحياة بصفة خاصة حيث كان العنوان: "التكنولوجيات الحديثة والحق في الحياة" وهو الحق المكرس في أغلب الصكوك العالمية لحقوق الإنسان، كما تطرقت أيضا لأهم الآثار القانونية التي يمكن أن تفرزها التطبيقات المختلفة للتكنولوجيا الرقمية على الحق في الحياة، مع الإشارة إلى السبل القانونية لحماية الحق في الحياة وكذا كيفية مساءلة الأشخاص والهيئات الذين يسيئون استخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة، وهذا ما تم التطرق له في بابين مختلفين. ////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// This thesis addressed the issue of the impact of the rapid development of technology on human rights in general and the right to life in particular. The title was: “Modern technologies and the right to life”, which is the right enshrined in most international human rights instruments. It also addressed the most important legal effects that various applications of digital technology can have on the right to life, with reference to the legal means to protect the right to life and how to hold accountable individuals and entities who misuse modern technology. This was addressed in two different chapters. | |
