| dc.description.abstract | يعالج هذا المقال موضوع الأبعاد الحجاجيّة للصّورة التّمثيليّة في الحديث النّبوي الشّريف، الذي يُعدُّ مصدرا من مصادر التّشريع، ومنهجا قويما هدفه الأساسُ هو التّغيير والإصلاح، ممّا يستدعي توظيف الأدوات الحجاجيّة، لاسيما البلاغيّة البيانيّة، من قبيل الصُّور كالتّشبيه والاستعارة والكناية، والتي من شأنها أن تحمل المخاطَب على الاقتناع، لما تدّخِرُه من طاقات حجاجيّة هائلة. وقد تعدّدت صورُ البيانِ في حديثه صلّى الله عليه وسلّم بتعدُّد المواقِف التّخاطُبيّة، ولسنا نقف في هذا المقام على لُغَةٍ أو بيانٍ عاديَّيْن، وإنّما هي لُغَةٌ مستحكمة مُحاطة بأسرار الإجادة والاستيفاء، كانت الصّورة التّشبيهيّة التّمثيليّة فيها من أنجع السُّبُل الإقناعيّة بتجاوزها زُخرُف القول إلى حُجِّيّتِه، فالحديث النّبوي مُرتبط بغايات خطابيّة هي الإقناع، وأخرى دعويّة أسمى هي التّبليغ. .................................................................................................................................................................. Cet article traite le thème du potentiel argumentatif de la figure de comparaison dans le Hadith, lequel est considéré tant comme source de législation que comme procédé dont le principal objectif est la réforme. Cela requérait l'emploi de mécanismes argumentatifs, notamment rhétoriques telles que la comparaison, la métaphore et la métonymie pour convaincre le destinataire de par leur force argumentative. Les figures de style foisonnent dans le Hadith en raison de la multiplicité des postures conversationnelles. Nous ne sommes donc pas en présence d’un langage ou d’un style ordinaires mais d’une langue performante visant la compétence communicative et son exhaustivité. Aussi, la comparaison est le procédé persuasif le plus efficace en cela qu’il dépasse les fioritures du langage pour sa force de conviction. Le Hadith prophétique est lié à des fins discursives dont la persuasion et d'autres missions bien suprêmes dont l’information. .................................................................................................................................................................. This article discusses the theme of the argumentative dimensions of the comparative figure in the Hadith, which is considered a source of legislation and a well-organized method whose main objective is change and reform. It requires the use of argumentative mechanisms, including rhetoric such as comparison, metaphor and metonymy which can convince the recipient because they contain enormous argumentative energies. So, there were many figures of style in the Prophet’s Hadith due to the multiplicity of conversational positions. Hence, we are not in front of an ordinary language or figure of style but a strong language surrounding the secretes of competence and comprehensiveness, the comparison of which is one of the most effective persuasive procedures where it has gone a adorned speech to his argument.
