| dc.description.abstract | تعد السياحة قطاعا فعّالا في بناء اقتصاديات مختلف الدول و منها الجزائر و التي تعد من أثرى دول العالم من حيث عوامل جذب السياح، لكن هذا المصطلح تطوّر بفضل الجهود المبذولة من طرف منظمة السياحة العالمية (UNWTO) لإسقاط التنمية المستدامة على السياحة ليتم خلق فكرة السياحة المستدامة أو ما يعرف أيضا بالتنمية السياحية المستدامة، و التي تبناها المشرع الجزائري و سارع إلى إدراجها ضمن منظومته القانونية من خلال القانون رقم 03-01، كما تم إنجاز مخططات تحمل رؤى مستقبلية (لآفاق 2030) و تشجع الإستثمار في هذا المجال. Abstract: Tourism is an effective sector in building the economies of various countries, including Algeria which is one of the world’s most attractive tourist attractions, but this term has developed by the favor of the efforts exerted by the world tourism organization(UNWTO) to Project sustainable development on tourism, in order to create the idea of sustainable tourism which was adopted by the Algerian legislator and hastened to incorporate it into his legal system through law No 03-01 and plans bearing future visions (for 2030 horizons)have also been completed and encourage investment in this field. | en_US |
