| dc.description.abstract | استهدفت الدراسة الحالية بعنوان "تطوير المسار الوظيفي لإطارات المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية -دراسة مقارنة بين إطارات بعض المؤسسات الاقتصادية والإدارية بولاية جيجل" تقصي الواقع من خلال إجراء مقارنة بين إطارات المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية والمتمثلة في ميناء جن جن والشركة الوطنية لإنتاج الكهرباء، وإطارات المؤسسة العمومية الإدارية والمتمثلة في مديرية المصالح الفلاحية ومديرية الأشغال العمومية بجيجل من حيث البرامج التكوينية، فرص الترقية الوظيفية المتاحة، وسياسة الأجور وتوزيع المنح والعلاوات نظرا لأهمية المسارات الوظيفية للمورد البشري وانعكاسها على جودة حياتهم بمختلف جوانبها. بناء على نتائج الدراسة تبين أن الفرضية الرئيسية: "هنالك تطوير أحسن للمسار الوظيفي لإطارات المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية ذات الطابع الاقتصادي مقارنة بالمؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية ذات الطابع الإداري" محققة نسبيا. ........................................................................................................................................................... The current study, entitled career path development for the Algerian public corporation - a comparative study between the frameworks of some economic and administrative institutions in the state of Jijel, aimed to investigate the reality by making a comparison between the frameworks of the economic institution represented in the port of Jenjen and the National Electricity Production Company and the frameworks of the administrative public institution represented In the Directorate of Agricultural Interests and the Directorate of Public Works in Jijel, in terms of training programs, the available job promotion opportunities, the wage policy and the distribution of grants and bonuses, given the importance of career paths for the human resource and its reflection on the quality of their lives in various aspects. Based on the results of the study, the following hypotheses: There is a better development of the career path in the Algerian public institution of an economic nature, compared to the Algerian public institution of an administrative nature, is relatively correct. | en_US |
