dc.description.abstractOver the centuries, education has fostered intellectual and rational intelligence at the expense of the emotional dimension of the person. It was therefore mainly concerned with cognitive development. In all of this, no place was placed on the fundamental components of the personality such as sensitivity, emotion and motivation, on the pretext that the latter are not objective and then are not measurable. (Chbat, J, 2008) In order to explore this aspect of the teaching profession, we chose to analyze how emotional intelligence is part of the skills mobilized in the teaching practices of the teacher? We also examine what are the tools of emotional education? What educational strategies specific to the emotional field ? And how to introduce emotional education into pedagogical practice to develop emotional intelligence ?
