| dc.description.abstract | تتطرق هذه الورقة البحثية لمعضلة الاندماج المهني لدى خريجي قسم الري والهندسة المدنية بجامعة بسكرة بصفة خاصة والاندماج الاجتماعي بصفة عامة، وإلى البطالة وطرق التعايش معها وجاذبية فكرة الهجرة لهم، كما تناولت السبل المتبعة للاندماج المهني والاجتماعي، والمشاركات في مسابقات التوظيف من حيث العدد والتفصيلات المهنية من جهة، وإلى تسليط الضوء على تأجير الدبلوم كإجراء للاندماج السوسيومهني. اتخذت الدراسة من المنهج الوصفي والمنهج المقارن إطارا نظريا للتحليل والمقارنة، ومن الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات لتفضي بذلك نتائج الدراسة إلى التفاوت في مدة الاندماج المهني بين خريجي القسم، وإلى عدم استمالة فكرة الهجرة لشريحة كبيرة منهم وتناسب عدد المشاركات في مسابقات التوظيف طرديا مع مدة التعطل، كما أن التسجيل لدى مكاتب التشغيل يعد الطريقة الأكثر اعتمادا للاندماج المهني ........................................................................................................................... Cet article traite la problématique de l'insertion professionnelle des diplômés du département de génie civil et d'hydraulique de l'Université de Biskra en particulier. En général, il traite de l'intégration sociale et des moyens de faire face, et au chômage, et à l'attractivité de l'idée d'immigration sur ces diplômés. En parallèle, il réfléchit à la façon de les intégrer professionnellement et socialement, à leur participation aux concours d'emploi en termes de nombre et à leurs préférences professionnelles. Ce faisant, il cherche à faire la lumière sur la location du diplôme comme moyen d'insertion socioprofessionnelle. L'étude a adopté la méthode descriptive et l'approche comparative comme cadre théorique d'analyse et de comparaison. Elle a adopté le questionnaire comme principal outil de collecte de données. Ainsi les résultats de l'étude montrent que l'écart dans la durée de l'insertion professionnelle parmi les diplômés du département, et que l'idée d'immigration n'attire pas une grande partie d’individus de l'échantillon. Le nombre de participants aux concours d'emploi est proportionnel à la durée du chômage, l'inscription auprès des agences d'emploi est la méthode d'insertion professionnelle la plus fiable ................................................................................................................................. This article deals with the problem of the professional integration of graduates of the civil engineering and hydraulics department of the University of Biskra in particular, and of social integration in general, and the means of coping with unemployment, and 'attractiveness of the idea of immigration for them, and on how to integrate professional and social, and their participation in job competitions in terms of number and professional preferences on the one hand, and shed light on the hiring of the diploma as a means of socio-professional integration on the other hand. The study adopted the descriptive method and the comparative approach as the theoretical framework for analysis and comparison, and the questionnaire as the main data collection tool, thus the results of the study indicate the gap in the duration of the study. Professional integration among the graduates of the department and the idea of immigration does not attract a large part of the sample, and the number of participations in job competitions is directly proportional to the duration of unemployment moreover, registration with employment agencies is the most reliable method of professional integration | en_US |
