| dc.description.abstract | تتعرض أدوات السداد الإلكتروني على مختلف أنواعها(كالشيكات الإلكترونية والسفتجة الإلكترونية والسند لإذن الإلكتروني والنقود الرقمية والبطاقات الإئتمانية بمختلف أنواعها...)،إلى العديد من الجرائم التي من شأنها أن تقف عارضا أمام الأهداف المرجوة من وراء اعتماد هذه الوسائل الحديثة في مجال الدفع الإلكتروني،ولا شك أن تفشي هذه الجريمة وكثرتها في مجال التجارة التي تأخذ الشكل الإلكتروني،يرجع إلى سهولة التعدي على هذه الوسائط الإلكترونية والعبث ببياناتها،ومن ثم يقتضي الأمر ضرورة تكاثف الجهود وعلى مختلف الأصعدة من أجل الوقوف أمام مثل هذه الجرائم وحماية مصالح الأطراف المتداخلة في عمليات الدفع الإلكتروني.
