Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر التوظيف الأسري على اضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه، دراسة وصفیة على آباء أطفال.
استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة استمارة جمع المعلومات الأولية ومقياس اضطراب فرط الحركة لكورنز() ومقياس التوظيف الأسري من إعداد الباحثة تم اختيارهم من ( 6) مدارس طبق على 80 منهم مقياس اضطراب فرط الحركة وطبِق على 40 من آباء التلاميذ في المدارس الابتدائية لولايتي سطيف وأم البواقي، وتم تطبيق مقياس أساليب التوظيف الأسري عن طريق العينة القصديةintentional sample ، وبعد جمع البيانات تم معالجتها عن طريق برنامج SPSS "الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية" والمتمثلة في معادلة الفا كرونباخ واختبار (ت) لدلالة الفروق واختبار (ف) لدلالة الفروق (تحليل التباين) وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها:
لا توجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين التوظيف الأسري وارتفاع مؤشر درجة الاضطراب.
لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات أفراد عينة الأطفال تبعا لمتغير الجنس،لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائية بين آباء وأمهات الأطفال العاديين في التوظيف الأسري

This study aimed at knowing the instability and distraction of attention and its. This study was Family Functioning concerned with first stage children of east locality of Khartoum.
The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. To achieve
the results of the study. The researcher used a questionnaire to collect the primary information. She also measured the instability in the movement of cornes and Family Functioning They were selected from six schools. The
measure of instability was applied on (100) children.
The measurement was also employed on ( 40) of their guardians selected
casually. The collected information was analyzed through the Statistic
Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) which was demonstrated in the
equation of Alfa Kronbakh and test (T) to show the differences and
also to test (f) to analyze the differences The study came out with
numerous results, most significant is that there is instability. Through these results the researcher suggests that there should be awareness of the instability and the distraction of attention inside the community specially the educational establishments..
-No statistically significant differences between participants’ degrees means on of children with attention deficit hyperactivity respect to gender.
