    الأساليب الحديثة لحوكمة مؤسسات التعليم العالي و أثرها على التنمية المستدامة

    تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور الأساليب الحديثة لحوكمة مؤسسات التعليم العالي باعتبارها مرافق عمومية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، بالاعتماد على مبادئ الحوكمة لضمان جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي وذلك من خلال البحث في الأطر القانونية والتنظيمية التي تحكم سير هذه المؤسسات، والآليات والأساليب التي ينتهجها قطاع التعليم العالي تعزيزا لمؤشرات التنمية المستدامة. تبرز أهمية موضوع الدراسة من السعي لمواكبة الطرح العالمي الجديد لحوكمة كافة القطاعات. توصلت الدراسة إلى تنوع الأساليب الحديثة التي تعتمدها وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وجدية التوجه الحالي للقطاع في إطار جعل الجامعة الجزائرية قاطرة للتنمية المستدامة. /////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// This study aims to explore the role of modern governance approaches in higher education institutions, considered as public entities, in achieving sustainable development. It relies on the principles of governance to ensure the quality of higher education outcomes by examining the legal and regulatory frameworks governing the functioning of these institutions, as well as the mechanisms and methods adopted by the higher education sector to enhance sustainable development indicators. The significance of this study lies in its attempt to keep pace with the emerging global trend toward the governance of all sectors. The study concludes that there is a diversity of modern approaches adopted by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, reflecting the sector’s genuine commitment to positioning Algerian universities as a driving force for sustainable development.
